Dr. Brad Deykin was born in Metairie, LA and graduated with honors from Brother Martin High School in New Orleans.  He then attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and graduated cum laude with a BS in Biology in1996.  His first visit to San Antonio was to compete against Trinity University in football.  He obtained his MD from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2001. 

He then spent three years in San Antonio training in Emergency Medicine at Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Centers.  During this time he met his wife Marissa Starr, a local artist.  He began his active duty service at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS.  After working through the heavy damage that Keesler sustained during Hurricane Katrina, he spent five months at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany before returning to San Antonio with Marissa and their daughter Kate.

He then deployed to the Air Force Theater Hospital in Balad, Iraq for a four month tour.  He has since been training Emergency Medicine residents at Wilford Hall Medical Center and preparing to further serve the San Antonio community with the creation of Complete Urgent Care.

Robert Kacprowicz, MD, is originally from Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Kacprowicz’s educational background includes a B.S. in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He received his MD from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in 1996 and completed residency training in Emergency Medicine in 2000. In 2001, Dr. Kacprowicz received his board certification in Emergency Medicine from the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Kacprowicz has served as teaching faculty in the Joint Army/Air Force residency in Emergency Medicine in San Antonio, TX. He has also served as the medical director for the United States Air Force Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officer School in Albuquerque, New Mexico and as part-time faculty in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of New Mexico. Most recently, Dr. Kacprowicz was the residency director for the combined Army/Air Force Emergency Medicine program based in San Antonio, TX, from 2007-2010. Dr. Kacprowicz has deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, most recently from January to May of 2009.

Dr. Kacprowicz is an active writer in emergency medicine and has published articles in the areas of wound care, joint and central nervous system infections and topics related to military emergency medicine. He currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and son. Dr. Kacprowicz, his family, and his partners are very excited to form Complete Urgent Care and serve the people of San Antonio.

Dr. Matthew Lippstone is originally from Newark, Delaware. He attended Lafayette College, receiving a B.S. Degree in Chemistry in 1996. Following college, he accepted a grant to work at the National Institute of Health and was inspired to attend medical school. He graduated Cum Laude from Jefferson Medical College, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2002. He then spent three years in San Antonio training in Emergency Medicine at Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Centers after which he received his board certification in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Lippstone was stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS and was recognized by leadership and his peers for exceptional performance during and after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. He then returned to San Antonio as full-time faculty at Wilford Hall, assisting in the training of future Emergency Medicine physicians.

Dr. Lippstone proudly served two tours in Iraq as an Emergency Physician. He currently lives in San Antonio with his wife Barbara who teaches dentistry at UT Health Science Center. Dr. Lippstone looks forward to serving the San Antonio community with the creation of Complete Urgent Care.

 

Dr. Jeremy Lloyd

Dr. Jeremy Lloyd was born in Beaumont, Texas and graduated valedictorian from Lumberton High School. He currently lives in San Antonio with his wife Christy and their two children Megan and Max. After high school, Dr. Lloyd received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1993. He was then selected for medical school and chose to return to Texas to study medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where he graduated in 1997. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Keesler Medical Center and then served two years as a flight surgeon, flying with F-15 fighter aircraft in Panama City Beach, Florida. Dr. Lloyd then came to San Antonio to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2003. He finished his Air Force career serving as full time faculty in the Emergency Medicine residency program in San Antonio. Dr. Lloyd is excited to join the Complete Urgent Care team in delivering top quality care to the local community."
